I started thinking recently. I have my DA account now for quite a while and I'm alos quite active, if I may say so. Yet, I came to think about my "direction" as an artist.

I have tried many things and posted very much of the things I tried here - and there are more things to come. But if I look at my gallery right now it looks odd. There seems to be no direction, no red line leading me. I started with cheap colorations, went to average colorations from that point on and tried a few other things like photography (which I want to try a bit more), boxarting (which I lack the ideas right now somehow) and so on...

And I came to question myself: what should I do?
I could focus on one thing, but I'm not the kind of guy to focus on one thing. Yet I want a decent gallery which represents me as an artist and doesn't look like a load of crap I did sometime and just uploaded it for the fun of it.
Compared to later works some of the stuff I have here looks kinda sloppy, like my first coloration I ever did for example, yet I don't want to delete them. Back then I was proud of these works and though I'm not proud of them anymore, they show my progress.

So, what now?
Overhaul my gallery and delete everything but one kind of work I did, like BoxArts?
Just upload one kind of work I'm doing in the future?
Focus on one thing and only do that?

Where to now, Captain?
